Shipping

All shipping fees are covered by Not Enough Coffee on your behalf so you will always get free shipping rates.

After placing your purchase, please allow up to 5 days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number (for tracked services) and a tracking link where you will be able to keep up to speed with progress. Your order will arrive to you within 7-20 days guaranteed. You can also access tracking services through our Tracking Page.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Not Enough Coffee has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Not Enough Coffee has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Not Enough Coffee is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
